Instructions for Installation
• Place machine on flat level ground
• Jack up near rear of machine and place axle stand under the rear wheel
• Remove wheel

• Use a G clamp and socket to remove old studs from hub• DO NOT USE A HAMMER TO REMOVE STUDS
• Discard old studs and do not reuse

• Place new ½” UNF x 55mm studs into hub• Put the black spacer onto hub
• Use the wheel nut and socket to pull the stud into the hub
• DO NOT FIT STUDS WITH A HAMMER

• Do not fit stud into this end of the spacer tubeX

• Put the M11 x 45mm studs into the black spacer• Use the M11 Wheel nut and socket to pull the stud into the spacer tube

• Fit the inner wheel onto the machine• Place the spacer tube onto the inner wheel
• Place the wheel nut on with the flat face on the spacer tube
• Tighten wheel nuts to 55Lb/ft

• Place the outer wheel onto the spacer tube• Fit M11 wheel nuts and tighten to 45Lb/ft

• Ensure the outer wheel is not touching the inner wheel• If needed you can remove the outer wheel
• Fit the spacer provided to the end of the spacer tube and refit wheel
• Tighten wheel nuts to 45Lb/ft
ALL WHEELS NUTS SHOULD BE RE-TORQUED AFTER 8 HOURS OF USE
