We are pleased to let you know that T H WHITE is introducing a new brand identity across the Group.
This evolution recognises the breadth of our businesses today and creates a clearer, more connected family of brands, whilst retaining the trusted expertise, people and service that our customers value. Our new parent logo reflects the diversity of the group with its eight colours representing each business and creating a stronger visual connection across our companies.
What is changing?
- We are introducing updated logos, a refreshed colour palette and a modern design style across the Group.
- Our Energy, Fire & Security division is being renamed Fire, Security & Renewables, better reflecting its expanded capabilities within the renewable energy sector
- Our agriculture, construction, dairy and groundcare machinery businesses come together as T H WHITE Machinery recognising our shared-services structure and core offering of machinery sales, service, parts and technology across these industries.
- Some existing brands, including Country Store & Garden Machinery, ProAgri and Online Store, will transition from standalone brands to product and service descriptors within T H WHITE Machinery.
What is staying the same?
While our visual identity is evolving, the things that matter most remain unchanged:
- The T H WHITE name remains at the heart of our business.
- Our terms and conditions, contractual arrangements and day-to-day ways of working with you remain unchanged.
- Our banking details and payment arrangements remain the same.
- The teams you work with, the expertise you rely on and the services we provide will continue as normal.
- Our commitment to supporting customers and building long-term relationships remains exactly the same.
When will you see these changes?
You will initially notice our new logos appearing on correspondence, statements and other communications. The rollout will begin in November and continue in phases across our group of businesses over the coming months. As a result, you may see both existing and new branding appearing side by side for a period while we update our marketing materials, signage, vehicles, workwear and premises.
Our websites will also transition in phases. Initially, changes will be limited to update logos, followed by the gradual introduction of our new design style and a more integrated online experience in 2027.
We look forward to continuing to work with you under our new brand identity.
