We have an exciting opportunity at our Stockbridge Branch for an Apprentice Technician.  The successful candidate will join an experienced team of technicians and qualify as a professional Ground Care Machinery Technician.

You will train with skilled mechanics in a busy workshop, servicing and repairing professional grass machinery, compact tractors and chippers for golf courses, contractors and local authorities. The successful candidate will learn skills such as welding and fabrication, testing hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, the use of hand tools, and a wide range of mechanical skills, both in our modern workshop and on site.

The successful candidate will undertake Level 3 Land-Based Engineering apprenticeship in conjunction with Pershore Horticultural college – this is the equivalent of A Level qualification. This training route suits students who prefer a more hands-on approach to learning. Whilst no direct experience is necessary, applicants should have a fundamental interest in mechanics and GCSE grade 4 in Maths, Science and English are desirable.
