Two of our most recent apprentices proudly graduated with Distinction at a CNH event held in Basildon, marking a major milestone in their careers and for the wider T H WHITE team.

Charlie Cooper, based at Marlborough, and Arthur Swifen-Brind, based at Knockdown, both achieved an overall Distinction in their Level 3 Land Based Service Engineering apprenticeship. This result reflects three years of dedication, commitment and hard work, having been part of the first cohort to complete the programme at ARU Writtle.

Throughout their apprenticeships, Charlie and Arthur have been supported closely by their managers and workshop teams. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Andrew Collier and Alastair Grierson, whose guidance, encouragement and leadership have played a key role in helping both apprentices reach this fantastic outcome. We would also like to recognise Simon Holmes, our Technical, Training and Development Manager, who plays a key role in guiding each apprentice along their career path.

Our thanks also go to ARU Writtle, and in particular lecturers Arnie Fenner, Mike Seaman and Gordon Condie. Their expertise and continued support have been invaluable in delivering a high quality learning experience and helping to shape the next generation of engineering talent.

This achievement is a testament not only to Charlie and Arthur’s effort, but also to the strength of the partnership between T H WHITE, ARU Writtle and CNH. We are incredibly proud of both apprentices and look forward to seeing their careers develop within the business.
