Yard Person

We are recruiting for a Yard Person to join our busy team in Warwick. This role will involve supporting the workshop, Parts and Sales with a variety of tasks and duties.

 Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours, 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Key duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading lorries
  • Collecting and delivering garden machinery for repairs
  • Supporting Parts and Sales in moving agricultural machinery, implements and the delivery of demo machinery
  • Carrying out basic workshop tasks and washing, preparing machinery for sale
  • General housekeeping
  • Yard and building maintenance
  • Other basic workshop duties

The ideal applicant:

  • You will have a can-do attitude
  • You will possess good customer service skills
  • You will be confident to work alone and as part of a team
  • You will have good attention to detail
  • You will be able to follow instructions and processes in an everchanging environment
  • Agricultural machinery experience preferred but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Forklift Licence desirable
