Crane Fitter/Fabricator

Our Crane division is currently looking for Crane Fitter/Fabricators to join the workshop in Falkirk. Reporting to the Production and Engineering Director, the job holder will be responsible for fitting sub frames and cranes to commercial vehicles.

Hours: Full time, 42 hours a week

 Day to day duties will include:

  • Fitting sub frames and cranes to commercial vehicles
  • Carrying out fitment to required specification
  • Working within a team to ensure timely manufacture of crane fitted vehicles
  • Liaising with Supervisor/Team Leader on required work
  • To carry out all work in adherence with Health & Safety and T H WHITE policies

The ideal applicant:

  • You will be a team player
  • You will have good attention to detail
  • You will have a can-do attitude
  • You will be able to work unsupervised
  • You will have knowledge of mechanical fitting practices and able to read engineering drawings
  • MIG welding experience
  • Fabrication experience
  • Hydraulic fitting knowledge
