Civils Operative

The electric vehicle market is expanding rapidly, and so is the need for conveniently located charger points.  Demand on our Energy division to install charge points has increased dramatically, and so we are seeking an experienced Civils Operative to join our busy team.

This role operates across the south of England, and South Wales so you will need to be flexible and able to stay away when necessary.  You will receive additional remuneration for these stays away and we will cover the cost of hotel accommodation and provide a food allowance. You will also need to hold a full UK driving license.

40 hours per week

Expected earnings £34,000 – £37,000

Day to day duties will include:

  • excavation
  • building foundations
  • forming concrete bases
  • laying ducting
  • reinstating surfaces
  • creating inspection pits

The ideal applicant:

  • relevant experience,
  • qualified in NPROS 360 Excavator
  • qualified in SWQR (Street works),
  • full UK driving license.
