Due to an exciting period of growth, our Energy, Fire & Security division have an opening in their team for an Assistant Service Coordinator. This busy role, based at our office in Devizes, will involve working on several major client accounts to coordinate and administer all their service delivery needs.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: £20k – £22k depending on experience
Key duties will include:
- Comparing and producing monthly service spreadsheets
- Management of work schedules
- Scheduling monthly service calls, reactive calls, small works and install instructions.
- Liaising with sites to book and secure dates
- Liaising with engineers and logistical planning
- Processing reports in line with different client policies and procedures
- Raising and sending quotations for clients
- Updating client spreadsheets with works completed
- Participating in weekly client meetings
- Maintaining regular proactive communication with clients
- Management of client Help Desk Inboxes
The ideal applicant
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be a team player
- You will be able highly organised with a good attention to detail
- You will be IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Finance knowledge, including invoicing and WIP control, will be required
- Experience in the fire & security industry or similar would be an advantage
