Ben Gladdish of the Reading Grasscare branch has received the award for Apprentice of the Year 2009 from South Worcestershire College beating 150 others to the top prize. He was nominated by Mike Beard, his course manager. Nick Brown, his manager at Reading, commented that he’s very proud of Ben because since his first day at Reading he has shown a passion towards all aspects of engineering, has excelled at college and with his Ransomes Jacobsen training. Ben has a good relationship with his work colleagues and our customers and has a very bright future. Ben is pictured receiving his award from Cllr Dyke, Chairman of Wychavon District Council.
