Materials Handling Division - DRAUGHTSPERSON
An experienced draughtsperson is required to join our existing team due to continued high demand for the services that we provide. Using the latest 2D and 3D software, you will take the lead role in the production of construction, general arrangement and fabrication detail design drawings, largely for items that are to be manufacturered in our own works.
A well grounded and practical approach with a strong experience in access steelwork or building steelwork design using AutoCAD Inventor 3D or Tekla Structures software is essential. Agriculture - Skilled Agricultural Technicians
Two qualified and experienced technicians are required to strengthen our Workshop After Sales Technical Team, one based at Marlborough working on New Holland, and the other at Frome working on Case IH. Applicants should ideally be familiar with the full range of New Holland and Case IH tractors and harvesting machinery, or have similar experience with agricultural or construction machinery. Grasscare Division - Reading - Grasscare Machinery Mechanic
Due to an increase in business covering the county of Hampshire, T H White is currently looking to recruit a experienced and competent professional grass machinery mechanic. This position is partly based at Reading, Berkshire but will also cover Hampshire and the Surrey area. The applicant must be a conscientious person who is prepared to work to a high standard at all times, be able to fault find and carry out service and repairs efficiently and confidently both on site and in a workshop environment. They must be able to work alone or as a team with good communication skills. Main dealer experience would be an advantage.
Good time keeping and good paperwork skills are essential. This role will be both challenging and exciting for the right person; ongoing manufacturers\' training will be provided. In return an excellent package is available.

Materials Handling and Storage Division - Experienced Project Engineers
Reporting to the Technical Director you will be required to lead multiple industrial and/or agricultural capital projects from concept to completion. Experience in design engineering, budgeting, and managing large mechanical process orientated construction projects is essential; while a background in the design and construction of grain processing, handling & storage plants, or other free flowing dry bulk solids handling projects is highly desirable. This is a client facing role and in addition to this experience, candidates will need to demonstrate a solid track record of commercial and health and safety awareness, reliability, commitment, and examples of successful project delivery within their portfolio.
