Our helpful and experienced highly experienced technicians deliver a first class after sales service to our customers, whether attending on-site or carrying oout the work at our ully-equipped workshops, from smal tool repairs to full srvice contracts.
Repair & Maintenance Contract
This contract covers all aspects of repairs and servicing, which is subject to a specific agreement.
Fixed Price Servicing
Carried out at specific 500/1,000 hour intervals to the manufacturer's specification.
RTE Inspections
In accordance with health and safety laws all machinery must have a certificate of REGULAR AND THOROUGH examination; this is a service that we can offer in conjunction with our cotract servicing.
Extended Warranty
Every machine, when purchased new, comes with a peace-of-mind full 12 month parts and labour warranty. This can be extended to cover your machine up to 36 months for added assurance.
Air Conditioning Recharge & Repair
On-site diagnostics and charging of mobile machinery air conditioning systems using the lates gas retrieval methods. All servicing complies with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
Welding & Fabrication
We can undertake on-site repairs and fabrication to both static and moving plant. All types of fabrication work can be undertaken in our fully equipped workshops.
Lorry & Crane Transport
Movement of large machines and materials is readily available. Our 42-foot flat-bed lorries can transport up to 18 tonnes of cargo, and are loaded with a 13-metre crane.
Parts
To ensure trouble-free running of your equipment and to guarantee better residual values, we recommend that genuine replacement parts are fitted.We can supply a full range of parts from our Marlborough branch, quickly and at competitive prices.
